Package Description

Restore strength, reconnect with your core from the inside out, and support your pelvic health with gentle yet powerful Low Pressure Fitness techniques. I specialise in Hypopressive training for women at every stage, including those managing pelvic floor concerns, diastasis recti, prolapse, hernias, or recovering postnatally. Level 1: Foundation Perfect if you are new to hypopressives or in postpartum recovery. In this introductory session, I will guide you through Level 1 poses and introduce the vacuum breathing technique. Together, we will explore breathwork, gentle mobilisations, and myofascial stretching to help you reconnect with your core and pelvic floor in a safe, supportive space. Level 2: Progression Deepen your practice and build strength with confidence. Once you have mastered the foundations, I will introduce more dynamic movements, flowing postures, and longer breath cycles. In this level, my focus is to support you in developing better posture, core engagement, and a deeper connection with your body. Level 3: Strength & Flo If you are ready to move with strength, flow, and intention, Level 3 brings everything together, incorporating spirals into the poses for deeper engagement. I will guide you through more challenging sequences and advanced breathing techniques to help you feel stronger, more resilient, and fully empowered in your core and pelvic health.
