My Story

I am a Women's Fitness and Hypopressives Coach with a passion for empowering women to feel strong and confident in their bodies, no matter where they are in life. As a core and pelvic floor fanatic, I have made it my mission to help women reconnect with their bodies from the inside out.

​

Fitness has always been a big part of my life, but motherhood changed everything. After having two children and facing a hernia diagnosis, I found myself in unfamiliar territory. I loved movement, but suddenly, my body felt different, what once worked no longer did. Pushing through HIIT sessions wasn’t the answer anymore. I felt lost, unsure of how to move forward safely. But instead of giving up, I turned that challenge into a journey of learning, healing, and rebuilding strength from within.

 

That’s when I discovered Hypopressives, a gentle yet powerful form of core and pelvic floor training. I couldn’t believe the benefits; improved core connection, better posture, reduced pelvic pressure, and a renewed sense of strength. This transformative practice completely reshaped my approach to fitness and led me to specialise in Hypopressives focusing on women’s health and postnatal recovery.

 

Now, I focus on helping women at every stage, from Hypopressives to strength training for overall wellness. Whether it’s general fitness, working through core rehabilitation, managing a hernia or pelvic floor dysfunction, or supporting women with prolapse and muscle separation, my goal is to help every woman reclaim her strength and find joy in movement again.

 

I understand firsthand the unique challenges women face throughout life, and I'm here to guide you toward a stronger, healthier, and happier version of yourself. I am passionate about working with my clients to build not only physical strength but also mental resilience, because true wellness comes from both.

How I can help you

Your body is unique, and your training should be too. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all workouts, every session is designed around you. Whether you are healing diastasis recti, rebuilding strength, working on your pelvic floor, managing a prolapse, exploring Hypopressives, or simply looking to feel more connected to your body, I will create a plan that supports your goals.

My approach focuses on deep core activation and pelvic floor strength, helping you restore function from within. Hypopressives, breathwork, and mindful movement are central to my sessions, supporting your recovery, improving posture, and enhancing long-term health.

I work with clients in person and online, providing expert guidance no matter where you are.

Together, we will create a plan that not only strengthens your body but also nurtures your overall health and wellbeing. Moving you closer to the movement that makes you feel like you.

Diastasis Specialist Training (CPD 6 REPs)
Pelvic Floor Trained for Fitness
